During my time at St. Edward's University from 2018-2020, I researched the advantages of being bilingual in learning processes as part of my Psychology program.
I have been employed by Nordstrom for over three years. During this time, I have progressed in my role as a brand representative, focusing on fine jewelry. I have also undertaken projects within the company that focused on improving and teaching our online sales system and online style help.
I have been employed in customer service for over three years. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in user experience (UX). I am currently enrolled in Google's UX and Project Manager Certificate course. In my current role, I have developed expertise in point-of-sale systems, social media channels, Microsoft Excel, Canva, inventory control, event management, and sales analysis.
